HOW STEAM SPRAY RETORT OPERATES?
1. Heating and constant temperature sterilization program :
After a small amount of circulating water is injected into the kettle, the water circulation is started by the circulating pump.
Next, the preset air pressure is injected, and then the steam is injected.
The circulating water is conveyed into the kettle through a high-pressure circulating pump, and the circulating water is atomized by the nozzles set in the kettle.
The purpose is to produce countless small water droplets to increase the heat absorption area, and to evenly distribute the circulating water on the surface of the workpiece.

Requirement of circulating water:
For an autoclave Ø1300-2 trolleys / tank volume 3120 liters / circulating water: 98 liters
If the circulating water is clean, it can be used again without discharge.
2. Constant temperature sterilization stage :
Only a small amount of steam is needed to maintain a constant temperature.
The constant temperature of this device is maintained within + -0.5C, which provides a stable sterilization temperature of the product.
The sterilization verification value F is relatively stable and reliable.
Physical mechanism of temperature stability:
The specific heat of water is 1kcal-C / kg, and the large amount of heat contained in the circulating water can supply the heat required by the product at any time. The circulating water is thoroughly stirred and evenly mixed, while maintaining a constant temperature.
3. Aseptic cooling cycle- NO residual chlorine detection required
1. Turn off the supply of steam and turn on the cooling tower cooling cycle.
2. The control valve switches the flow of circulating water, and the high-temperature circulating water is introduced into the heat exchanger to be cooled.
3. The heat exchanger captures the heat of the closed circulating water and dissipates heat through the cooling water tower. The entire system maintains the closed circulating mechanism, and only a small amount of evaporated water in the cooling water tower needs to be added.
STEAM SPRAY RETORT VS. TRADITIONAL RETORT -
Use a saturated water sterilization system (water specific heat 1kcal / kg) to maintain the flavor of the ingredients as much as possible. Most organic food ingredients have high water content, and the specific heat is also close to the specific heat of water. It has absolute benefits on the taste and flavor of ingredients.
VERSUS
After traditional steam high-temperature sterilization, the food is prone to coking or overheating, which is caused by the evaporation heat of water 539kcal / kg. During the heating of the food, the steam supplies a large amount of heat to the food in a short time, causing the food to overheat Scorch and lose its proper flavor.
