FEATURES:

The fully automatic Encrusting Machine (fully automatic Stuffing Machine) puts the mixed dough and filling separately into the dough hopper and filling hopper. The dough hopper, stuffing hopper and mold are controlled by motors, and the speed can be adjusted individually. Each dumpling machine comes with a set of standard molds and various molds are available for selection, with easy mold replacement. The dumpling machine also includes a chilled water circulation compressor that can generate ice water between 4℃ and 15℃, which helps to cool the dough during the production process, ensuring the quality of the dumpling skin is not affected by overheating.

It can also be used with a soup dumpling machine to make xiaolongbao.
